юрвопрос, подлежащий рассмотрению в судеТакой вопрос, который должен удовлетворять четырем условиям: содержать реальную претензию; возбуждаться лично заинтересованным лицом; возбуждаться только когда все другие способы его досудебного решения исчерпаны; рассматриваться судом надлежащей инстанции.
